Here, I am going to tell you how to make a 3d-model-sphere-globes.
[1]Open or reset 3D max,click on geometry>plane,drag it to on top view port of size,l:730, w:620.

[2]Select the geometry>standard primitive>sphere of size,
Radius:28, Segments:32.

[3]Select the sphere and copy 5 times of different radius and assign in a row as shown in the picture.

[4]Select the plane, Open the material editor or press M,adjust the first specular layer
Level:74, glossiness:61, Anisotropy:0
Second specular layer-Level:81, glossiness:21

[5]Open the map,click on refraction, select reytrace and apply it.

[6]Select the sphere, Open the material editor or press M,adjust the first specular layer
Level:62, glossiness:13, Anisotropy:0
