Here, I will show you how to make a 3d-model-teapot-coffee-mug in 3D max.

[1]Open 3D max go to geometry>teapot,drag it to on the top view pot of size
Radius:31, segments:18 and unable teapot part as shown in the figure.

[2]Now we have make cups,click on the teapot,we have its parameters,for cups, Radius:22, segments:18 and in teapot parts disable {spout and lid},so we have a cup.Now copy it as many you want to create.

[3]Assign the teapot and cups in the top view port as shown in the image.

[4]Now,got to geometry>plane,and drag it to in top view port of size
length:340, width:430, length segment:4, width segment:4

[5]Select the teapot and cups Open material editor or press M,select multi layer basic parameters
first Specular level:63, glossiness:36.
Second specular level:55, glossiness:17.Then click on map and open refractive index select raytrace and apply it.

[6]Select the plane Open material editor or press M,select multi layer basic parameters
first Specular level:63, glossiness:54.
Second specular level:55, glossiness:10.Then click on map and open refractive index select raytrace and apply it.

[7]Last and the final thing to do is Rendering press F10 select the size of your output save the file and click on render button.
