[6]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This

[7]-Now Select The Object Click On The Effect > Stylize > Inner Glow
And You Will See The Inner glow Palette Is Open And Use The Following Setting

[8]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This

[9]-Now Select The Another Ellipse

[10]-Now Select The Object Click On The Effect > Stylize > Outer Glow
And You Will See The Outer glow Palette Is Open And Use The Following Setting

[11]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This

[12]-Now Create A Another Ellispe Like This And Select The Elllipse Put On The shape

[13]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This And The Final Image Is Ready
