[8]-Now Click On Object > Blend > Blend Options And You Will See Blend Options Window Is Open
Use The Following Setting

[9]-Now Your Image Should Be Like This

[10]-Now Select The Object Double Click On The Fill In The Bottom Of Tool Palette And You Will See
Color Window Is Open and Select The Dark Blue Color Click ok and Now Your Image Should Be Like This

[11]-Now Click on The Direct Selection Tool in the Tool Palette And Select Whole Object and You Will See
The Light Blue Line Is Highlight And Select The Upper Point With The Help Of Direct Selection Tool
And Drag Of It As You Like For Any Where

[12]-Now You Will See The Final Image Is Ready
