[11]-Now Blende Mode of this Layer should be SOFT LIGHT & Opacity 52%

[13]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following Shape & settings

[14]-Now create the following Shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool, click & select Make Selection

[15]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection
