Here I will teach you about Blinking-Advertising-Banner-Animation

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 250×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then select Text Tool & create the following Text

[3]-Now select Text Layer & then go to Blending Options with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by
Hand sign as shown below

[4]-Now select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[5]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[6]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[7]-Now your image should look as shown below

[8]-Now create Other Text with the help of Text Tool

[9]-Now Hide the first Text Layer with the help of remove the EYE SIGN which is indicating by Hand sign & then go to Blending
Options

[10]-Now select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[11]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[12]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[13]-Now your image should look as shown below

[14]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[15]-Now create the following Shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool

[16]-Now select Pen Tool & then click & select Make Selection

[17]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection & after that shape will be convert to Selection

[18]-Now Open New Layer & give the name RED & then fill the selection with any color & then go to FILTER>BLUR>MOTION BLUR

[19]-Now your image should look as shown below

[20]-Now Like above Open New Layer & give the name BLUE & create other shape with the help of Custom shape Tool & then fill the selection with other color & after that
apply the same settings in MOTION BLUR & after that hide the ‘RED’Layer

[21]-Now go to IMAGE READY with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & then create the 3 Duplicate Frame with the help of 3 times
click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[22]-Now select Frame1 & Hide the following Layers with the help of remove the EYE SIGN which is indicating by Hand sign

[23]-Now your image should look as shown below

[24]-Now select Frame-2 & then Hide the following Layers

[25]-Now your image should look as shown below

[26]-Now select Frame-3 & then Hide the following Layers

[27]-Now your image should look as shown below

[28]-Now select Frame-4 & then Hide the following Layers

[30]-Now Play the Animation with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[31]-Now go to FILE>SAVE OPTAMIZED AS & use the following settings
