Here I will teach you about making of Neon-Sign-Animation-Auto-Website

Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open any image as I did take following image with the help of Ctrl+O

[2]-Now Make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J

[3]-Now select Duplicate Layer & then press Ctrl+L & use the following settings

[4]-Now your image will look like this

[5]-Now select 1A1364 color in Forground & then press Ctrl+U & use the following settings

[6]-Now your image should look as shown below

[7]-Now go to Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges & use the following settings

[8]-Now your image will look like this below

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection 1a1364 & this layer should be below Duplicate Layer

[10]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then Go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & create the 2 Duplicate Frame with the
help of 2 times click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[11]-Now select Frame1 & select Background Copy Layer & Blende mode should be Color Burn

[12]-Now your image should look as shown below

[13]-Now select Frame2 & then select Background copy Layer & Blende Mode should be LINEAR LIGHT

[14]-Now your image should look like this below

[15]-Now select Frame3 & select Background Copy Layer & reduce the Opacity as shown below

[16]-Now your image will look like this below

[17]-Now Play the animation with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[18]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as & use the following settings
