Here I will teach you about making of Neon-New-Year-Animation-Banner

Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 500×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with 000000 color & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool & right click
then select Make Selection

[4]-Now use the following settings in Make selection

[5]-Now your image will look like this below

[6]-Now fill the selection with 000000 color & then press Ctrl+T & rotate the following shape as shown below

[7]-Now go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign

[8]-Now select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[9]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[10]-Now your image should look like this below

[11]-Now make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then reduce the following shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then ENTER

[12]-Now select Text Tool & then create any Text with the help of Text Tool

[13]-Now press Ctrl+T & then ROtate the following Text witht the help of Text Tool

[14]-Now select Text Tool & then select Texts & afterthat change the Color of Text.Text Color Should be ‘000000′& your image should
look like this below

[15]-Now select Text Layer & then go to Blending Options & select Inner Shadow

[16]-Now select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[17]-Now select Stroke Structure & apply the following settings

[18]-Now your image should look like this below

[19]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to Window>Animation & create the 3 frames, with the help of
3 times click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[20]-Now select Frame1 & then hide the following effects of the following Layers with the help of remove the EYE SIGN

[21]-Now your image should look like this below

[22]-NOw select Frame2 & then hide the following Blending Options of Following Layers as shown below

[23]-Now your image will look like this below

[24]-Now select Frame3 & then hide the following Blending Options of the following Layers

[25]-Now your image should look like this below

[26]-Now select Frame4 & then hide the following Blending Options of the following Layers

[27]-Now your image should look as shown below

[28]-Now use the following time settings of every Frames as I did apply & then Play the Animation with the help of click on
following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[29]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as. & then save GIF file. See below for final photoshop output image.
