Here I will teach you about Photoshop Animation Technique Electric Flow

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following image

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Lasso Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then go to Select>Modify>Contract & use the following settings

[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then fill the selection with any color

[5]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings

[6]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[7]-Now your Layer Pallete should look like as shown below

[8]-Now go to Window>Animation & then make Duplicate Frame with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by
Hand sign

[9]-Now select Frame2 & then select Layer1 & adjust the following Shape with the help of Move Tool

[10]-Now Make the Tweens Frame with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[11]-Now use the following settings in Tween

[12]-Now Play the Animation with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[13]-Now go to File>Save for Web & Device & save your image in GIF file
