Here I will teach you about Change Photograph Special Sunset Effect

[1]-First of all Open any image as i did take following image with the help of Ctrl+O

[2]-Now make the Duplicate Layers with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+U & use the following settings

[3]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effects & use the following settings

[5]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now once again make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then go to Blending Options select INNER SHADOW &
use the following settings

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[8]-Now Blende Mode of this Layer should be COLOR DODGE
