[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×400 Pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open other image with the help of Ctrl+O & then adjust in First Document with the help of Move Tool

[3]-Now Make Duplicate layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool
& then Press Ctrl+X & after that open New Layer then press Ctrl+V

[4]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool & then press Ctrl+x & after that open New Layer2
& then press Ctrl+V

[5]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now your Layer Pallete should look like as shown below

[7]-Now go to Window>Animation with & then create the 3 Duplicate Frame with the help of 3 times click on following Button which
is indicating by Hand sign

[8]-Now select Frame2 & then select one by one each Layer & then create the following adjustment with the help of Move Tool
& your image should look like as shown below

[10]-Now select Frame3 & then select every layer & then create the following adjustment with the help of Move Tool

[12]-Now select Frame4 & then select every Layer & then create the following adjustment with the help of Move Tool

[13]-Now your Layer Pallete should look like this below

[14]-Now select Frame1 & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool & then press Ctrl+Shift+I

[15]-Now Open New Layer (this Layer should above all Layers) & then fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & your image should
look like as shown below
