Here I will teach you about Photoshop Animation Tip Speedometer

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following Image

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘ff0000′ & then Blende Mode of this Layer should ‘Soft Light’

[4]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[5]-Now make the Duplicate layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then create hte following Transformation with the help of Ctrl+T
& then Press ENTER

[6]-Now just like that create the 6 Duplicate Layer with the help of 6 times press Ctrl+J & after that one by one select
each layer & create the following Transformation with the help of Ctrl+T & your image should look like as shown below

[7]-Now your Layer Pallete should look like as shown below

[8]-Nwo go to Window>Animation & then create the 11 Duplicate Frames with the help of 11 times click on following Button which
is indicating by Hand sign

[9]-Now select Frame1 & then Hide the following Layers with the help of Remove the Eye Sign which is indicating by Hand sign

[10]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[11]-Now select Frame2 & hide the all layers besides following Layers

[12]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[13]-Now select Frame3 & then Hide the following Layers

[14]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[15]-Now select Frame4 & then Hide the following Layers

[16]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[17]-Now select Frame5 & then Hide the following Layers

[18]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[19]-Now select Frame6 & then Hide the following Layers

[20]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[21]-Now select Frame 7 & then Hide the following Layers

[22]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[23]-Now select Frame8 & then Hide the following Layers

[24]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[25]-Now just like that select Next Frames & then hide the all Layer besides descending Order wise Layer until Frame12 & then
Play the Animation with the help of click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[26]-Now go to File>Save for Web & Device & save your image as GIF File
