Here I will teach you about Photoshop Zoom Text Special Effect

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & width 500×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool & then fill with any color

[3]-Now go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise & use the following settings

[4]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur & use the following settings

[5]-Now Press Ctrl+F for best result & your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now select Text Tool & then create the following Text

[7]-Now select Text Layer & then go to Blending Options select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[9]-Now Make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then increase the Text with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER

[10]-Now Once again make the Duplicate Layer & then Increase with the help of Ctrl+T & then ENTER

[11]-Now again make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctr+J & then increase with the help Ctrl+T

[12]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then Increase with the help of Ctrl+T & your image should look
like as shown below

[13]-Now go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & then create the 8 Duplicate Frames with the help of 8 times click on following Button which
is indicating by hand sign

[14]-Now select Frame1 & then Hide the following Layers with the help of Remove the Eye sign which is indicating by Hand
sign

[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[16]-Now select Frame2 & then Hide the following Layers

[17]-Now your image should look like as shown below
