Here I will teach you about creation of thunder lightning effects photoshop animation

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following image

[2]-Now select Pencil Tool & then Open New Layer & create the following Light with the help of Pencil Tool

[3]-Now go to Window>ANimation & then create the 5 Duplicate Frames with the help of 5 Times click on following button
which is indicating by Hand sign

[4]-Now select Frame2 & then select Layer1 & go to Blending Options with the help of Click on following Button which is
indicating by hand sign

[5]-Now select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[6]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[7]-Now select Frame3 & then go to Blending Options, select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[8]-Now select Frame4 & reduce the Opacity of this Layer & Blende Mode should be Overlay

[9]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[10]-Now select Frame5 & then reduce the Opacity of layer1 like as shown below

[11]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[12]-Now select Frame6 & then Hide the following Layers with the help of Remove the EYE SIGN which is indicating by Hand sign

[13]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[14]-Now use the following Time settings of each Frames & Play the Animation with the help of Click on following Button
which is indicating by Hand sign

[15]-Now go to File>Save for Web & Device & save your image in GIF file
