Lets read & Understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 330×650 Pixels,Resolution72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following Gradient & Settings

[7]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Select>Modify>Contract & use the following settings

[9]-Now go to Blending Options with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[10]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[11]-Now reduce the Opacity of this Layer

the help of 3 Times click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign
