Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 450×350 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB COlor

[2]-Now Open any image of with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following Image & then adjust in FIRST DOCUMENT with the
help of Move Tool

[3]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[4]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color this Layer should below all Layers & after that select Custom
Shape Tool & use the following Shape & settings

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then give Name ‘DIALOUGE’& after that create the following Shape with the help of Custom shape Tool
& then select Pen Tool, click select Make selection

[6]-Now use the following settings in Make selection

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[8]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then reduce the Opacity of this Layer

[9]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[10]-Now make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then Increase the following shape with the help of Ctrl+T & then
press ENTER

[11]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[12]-Now Open New Layer & give the Name ‘OFFER’ & then fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & after that reduce the Opacity
of this Layer like as shown below

[13]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[14]-Now select Text Tool & then create the following Text

[15]-Now create the other Text with the help of Text Tool & then rotate the Text with the help of Ctrl+T & then press ENTER

[16]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & create the 5 Duplicate Frame with
with the help of 5 times, click on following Button which is indicating by hand sign

[17]-Now select Frame-1 & then Hide the following Layers with the help of Remove the EYE SIGN which is indicating by Hand sign

[18]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[19]-Now select Frame-2 & then Hide the following Layers

[20]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[21]-Now select Frame-3 & then Hide the following Layers

[22]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[23]-Now select Frame-4 & then Hide the following Layers

[24]-Now your image should look like below this

[25]-Now select Frame-5 & then Hide the following Layers

[26]-Now your image should look like this below

[27]-Now select Frame-6 & then Hide the following Layers

[28]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[29]-Now apply the following Time settings of each Frames like as shown below & after that Play the Animation with the help
Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand Sign
