Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 220×520 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[4]-Now select Gradient Overaly & use the following settings

[5]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[7]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select INNER SHADOW

[9]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then reduce the Opacity of this Layer

[11]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following Text with the help of Text Tool

[12]-Now select Text Layer & then go to Blending Options,select INNER SHADOW & use the following settings

[15]-Now create other Text with the help of Text Tool like as shown below

is indicating by Hand sign

[17]-Now select Frame1 & then Hide the following Layers with the help of Remove the EYE SIGN which appear beside the Layers

[19]-Now select Frame2 & then Hide the following Layers & reduce the Opacity of selected Layer like as shown below
