Make a Moving Cloud Sky Animation

Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 450×450 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with ‘000000′color & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following Shape & settings

[3]-Now create the following Shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool

[4]-Now select Pen Tool & then click & select Make Selection

[5]-Now use the following settings in Make selection
