Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 450×450 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select ‘fffffa’ color in Forground & color in Background & after that go to FILTER>RENDER>CLOUDS & your
image should look like as shown below

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following Selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[4]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Select>Modify>Contract & use the following settings

[5]-Now press “Delete” & your image should look like as shown below

[6]-Now go to Blending Options with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[7]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[8]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[9]-Now make Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then right click & select ‘Rotate 90 CW’ & then press ENTER

[10]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[11]-Now select Duplicate Layer & then go to Blending Options & select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[12]-Now your image should look like as shown below & after that create the following selection with the help of Elliptical
Marquee Tool & after that Open New Layer

[13]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then go to Blending Options,select Inner Glow & use the following settings

[14]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[16]-Now select Text Tool & then create the following Text

[17]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & after that create the 2 Duplicate
Frames with the help of 2 Times click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign
