Here I will teach you about Photoshop-Animtation-Effect-Tutorial

Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 350×400 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with 000000 color & then create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
with hold Shift

[4]-Now Open New Layer & give the name Green then fill the selection with 0BCD27 color & then create the following selection
with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool with hold shift

[5]-Now Open New Layer & give the name Red & fill the selection with F26521 color & your image will look like this

[6]-Now select Green Layer & then press Ctrl+J & after that select Red Layer & press Ctrl+J & your Layer Pallete should look
as shown below

[7]-Now select Green Copy layer & then adjust with the help of Move Tool & after that select Red Copy Layer & then adjust with
the help of Move Tool & your image should look like this

[8]-Now create the following Text with the help of Text Tool

[9]-Now go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign

[10]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[11]-Now your image should look as shown below

[12]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & make the Duplicate Frame with the help of Click on following
Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[13]-Now select Frame 1 & hide the following Layers with the help of Remove the EYE SIGN which is indicating by Hand sign

[14]-Now your image should look as shown below

[15]-Now select Frame2 & Hide the following Layers

[16]-Now your image will look like this

[17]-Now Play the Animation with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[18]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as & use the following settings
